Troubleshooting

If you cannot play the audio files, there are a few things you can try:

  1. Make sure you have installed all the latest service packs / patches for your operating system, your browser, and your media player.
  2. If you are using Internet Explorer, try switching to Firefox (or Safari on a mac)
  3. If you are using Windows, right-click on the link for an audio file, then click on 'save target as' (or 'save link as') to save the file to your computer.  Try to play the file from there.
  4. If the above does not work, try opening Windows Media Player version 6.4 (go to Start->Run, type in mplayer2, and press enter.  Then go to File->Open, and select the file that you downloaded in step 3.
  5. Make sure your media player has the MPEG Layer 3 Audio Codec installed.

Still having problems?  Contact me with details of your operating system, browser, and media player versions, and any error messages you are getting, and I'll see if I can help (no promises though!).
